You can really look at that two ways the way the Chiefs have handled the preseason.

You can look at it that they're you know, they they're confident that Patrick Mahomes is really a hundred percent good to go because Justin Fields really hasn't played much football and you would figure they'd want him to play a little football if he was gonna step in.

Or you could look at it as if Justin Fields they're thinking might be the starter, so they're protecting

There's more a noise outside of Kansas City I think than he might be not be playing and people saying that, you know, he's he's still doing rehab before, you know, he plays football every time.
