But the whimsy, there's that duality because part of me wants to be heavy and the other part wants to be the opposite.

You know, when I was writing during COVID, when I was holed up for a year and I said, I don't have any films.

I don't have any commissions right now.

They've all been bounced.

Everything's been canceled.

I'm just going to start writing songs.

And by the time I got to 18 songs, but by the time I was at eight, I already said, this is two albums.

Because every song was either fast and kind of crazy or kind of heavy and, you know, angry.

And whichever it was, the other side was like, that.

It's like, do something silly.

Okay, I'll do something silly.

And it's like, come on.

Is that how you want to be remembered?

And it's like, it was like this, like.

And now that I'm doing the new one, it's like, I don't even resist it.

I go, okay, that's what it is.

It's going to, shh.

I mean, I'm not asking you to take a victory lap.
