Um this software isn't getting any better.
That's especially true for the HSA and FSA space.
There's no API to submit a claim.
So my Mexico receipt transaction, whatever, we can't even call an API to submit that claim.
So there needed to be advancements in agentic AI to actually allow us to do that.
And then
way more on top of that.
So it really needed to be that.
But honestly, when we started
AI, LLMs, agents, predictive, generative, the whole shebang.
It wasn't even good when we started.
Um it's really great to see that now where we're at is we're able to effectively and apply and use these things.
Um it's made our lives easier for sure, um, but it's also made it easier for us to scale.
Yeah, in revenue, two year uh one and a half years in revenue in production, two and a half years uh incorporated and started, and then you know how it is with entrepreneurs.
You were probably you know I was probably bubbling the idea for six months before that.
So depends on when you want to count it.
Yeah, I so there is a trade off.
Um, and it's it's worth being aware of the context of of where this AI is being applied.
Um, in most AI products, the cost of a wrong answer is embarrassment.
But in ours it's an IRS audit or a denied claim.
