So he decided he's going to work with different restaurants and brands and institutions and nonprofits to melt down their plastic waste and make knife handles out of them.

And then he works with a really quality like steel provider.

The first one was in Japan, but now I think he's using one in Sheffield in England for the steel.

But he makes these beautiful, him and his team make these beautiful knives.

But the clever part is that like

He'll go to like, he'll go to a restaurant and he'll say, okay, give me all of your plastic waste from your milk carts or something like that.

And then he'll use their specific plastic waste, make a knife, like kind of co-branded with them.

And it becomes this beautiful kind of sustainable object that like, and initially he did them in drops.

So it was the drop model where, okay, Tuesday at 5 p.m., come and get the whatever, 300 knives on sale, and then they go in like five seconds.

Now he has a bit more of a e-com shop, yeah, where you can kind of buy it as you want.

But it's just this like beautiful, beautiful business where it's like sustainable.

It's a brilliant idea.

It's done with like flair and really good design.

I think he just raised a bit of money too.

And yeah, so that's one that I just, I've loved in London for a while.

I kind of like that drop model a bit where it's like, you're not going to overproduce too much.

We're going to make just enough.

And yeah.

And that's why they're so brilliant at it.
