Yeah.
And I would say I'm all for that.
I mean, as long as, you know, the buyer doesn't.
Yeah, they're not a good steward of the of the asset they're buying and they kind of give it the attention it needs and the money it needs.
But but they're valuable things.
These communities is the point.
You can't rush the growth of them.
It's seeing it's seeing the that the where people go wrong, the lessons they've learned.
But yeah, completely by your point that you can't like replicate one for one somebody's experience.
And that's why a lot of this kind of like legacy business media is such bullshit because it's like Richard Branson's five tips to becoming a billionaire.
And it's like, wake up early, you know, read like it's all just kind of this very frothy surface level generic stuff.
Whereas if you hear how somebody launched a candy shop in upstate New York and day by day, their struggles of like dealing with the licensing of the local city government and, you know, putting up vinyl on the shop window and like getting bubbles on it.
So having to redo it or whatever, that's the stuff where you actually learn.
It's like filling in the gap, like the unknown unknowns of launching a business.
Because a lot of times when you're a starter, you don't even know what you don't know.
It's like every day is just another big like, oh, I didn't even know this was a field that I had to be proficient in until it's like in my face at three in the morning and I have to deal with it.
Of course you are.
That's really cool.
