And then at the bottom of the laundry memo, if the author dies, the money gets split between his family and Laura, which happens to be the name of Newton's wife, which is how we know that this is Stuart Newton who wrote the document.
Peter Underwood actually refuses to testify now, even though his plea dale gr grants him immunity, so he keeps his mouth shut, which is very impressive.
The government closes its case with the tapes, the wires, you know, eight reels played in a silent courtroom, Newton's actual voice on seven of them, the brains of the operation holding everybody together, the fretting about the house paperwork, saying let's leave the country, everyone keep their mouth shut.
And one more tape for the co-defendant Peter Kokielski on May 11th, warning Thomas Gilbert that the DEA has him down as deeply involved and knows the offload happened at the Rhode Island port.
