I see you get on your knees every day and pray to the Lord.
Can I pray with you?
And I said, yeah.
We both, you know, got on our knees and pray to the Lord.
And we said, um, Lord, we love you.
We don't get on our knees to, to, to, to ask you for anything.
We actually, we thank you for putting us here.
We didn't ask the Lord for not one thing.
We didn't say, Hey, uh, take care of our family.
Hey, do this, do that.
We just said, thanks.
And I said, Hey, you don't think God gets tired of us asking, asking, asking, how about just give thanks?
We're in jail right now, but we're both breathing.
We both have two arms that work, two legs that work, a neck that can move, right?
Lips that can open, nose that can inhale, eyes that can see, right?
Our digestive system works.
Everything is functional.
Why not give thanks?
There's people who can't walk, can't see, can't smell, can't talk.
