And so it drastically kind of shifts your mental state as well as giving you the physical benefit, which is awesome.
I mean, I don't know if I'd... Yeah, you could probably call it an excuse.
I think the obvious one is time, you know.
And there's two sides to this, I think.
First and foremost...
You make time for what you prioritize.
If you really did a bit of a stock take on your life at the moment, the things that you actually prioritize, you make time for.
There's no issue making time for them.
So it's probably more so a question of like, is it even a priority?
And if it's not, how do we make it a priority?
Because you will get it done.
At the exact same time, I'm also really big on not setting out β what's optimal on paper is not going to be always optimal in your life.
And so you really need to look at it and go, well, am I setting myself up for success or failure?
And so if I know realistically that β
to put aside enough time to actually do a workout well and effectively, I might only have three times a week.
So there's zero point in me setting an intention or a goal of doing five times a week and then feeling bad about only being able to do it three times.
And so if you're someone who feels like you are maybe struggling mentally or physically not feeling great within yourself, it's probably that question of like β
how do I make this a priority?
Or like, should I make this a priority?
Because it's very easy to start putting yourself last when you've got a bunch of stuff going on.
