And like, obviously, I'm not a parent yet, but I feel like my days and weeks are super busy.
So I can only imagine then when you've got a child or kids.
So yes, all these things are really important.
But if you aren't showing up for yourself, then you're not able to show up, you know, the best version of you for everyone else as well.
Yes, it can be a bit of an excuse, I suppose, but it's also very valid for some people.
So it's more so just figuring out what's going to work for you.
And I think obviously that's where kick has been an absolute saviour for a lot of people that don't have 60 minutes or 45 minutes to put aside for a workout four or five days a week.
They can get their workout done and feel really good and keep that consistency.
Yeah, hit the nail on the head.
Remove the expectation of what it should look like and the comparison of what it should look like.
And to your point,
we're always going to have like seasons.
You know, there'll be seasons where you do start training four or five times a week because it makes sense.
Seasons where you won't.
And so it's not a comparison.
It's not an expectation.
It's like, okay, this just is what it is at the moment.
And yeah, if you set in this expectation of how much you should be training or trying to train more than what you probably know you can, you kind of
stuck between a rock and a hard place because even when you're doing your workouts, you're not actually really present and enjoying them because you're kind of thinking like, oh, I need to get this done, like, you know.
