And it was for the point of saying like, look, I think in six months time when you've been training with me three times a week and you've been taking care of your nutrition and you're feeling really good.
not only is that going to be significantly better for you long term, but you're going to give yourself the opportunity for the first time to see that you don't need to do what you've done previously to actually look and feel amazing.
And still enjoy life.
And we're at that point now, like this client in particular feels amazing.
Like they love coming to do their workouts.
They still don't have this major goal hanging over their head, but they've been consistent every week.
And now this is something that they'll be able to maintain long term.
So to the point of overtraining, and I think one other benefit about, well, there's so many benefits, but one other benefit about the Kik programs and especially what we've done over the last couple of years.
is if someone wants to train six days a week, then no worries.
Or five days a week, that's fine.
But it really does then come down to like, how are you programming your week?
You know, if someone is doing somewhat similar training session every single day, you will overtrain.
But if you're wanting to train a lot of times per week and you have the time to do so, then there has to be some form of structure and thought to how that's planned out so that you don't overtrain.
You know, it doesn't mean...
maximum intensity every single day.
There's got to be days where you pull things back a little bit and you know when to listen to your body.
I used to be in that cycle of feeling like I needed to do a lot in order for it to be enough.
But sometimes less is more.
