So I like to do anything I possibly can for you for a little bit of gratitude, maybe a smile.

Don't know where that comes from, but it's there.
So knowing that there are people who play up to that in my life, but are also addicts.
And they're using, they're being selfish by using me.
And I'm also being selfish by using them because I'll like go away from a bad situation and then have, you know, like, I can't believe that happened.
That's unbelievable.
And then I'm like, now I've got an excuse.
Straight back on it.
And what we identified was there's certain people that I just need to be away from.
And the more boundaries that you're able to put on these people is the more you're able to finally grieve for yourself, for Mark, for everybody.
And I think I needed to do that.
100% would have never even contemplated that as an idea if I hadn't gone to therapy.
A question I had...
was, as someone who's recovering, do you find it helpful to always have to talk about it?
Or sometimes, like I say, if I'm talking about the good old days, you know what I mean, we're all sitting here and next of all you get that little, you know, the feeling, the beast is like, yeah, you know.

Because I heard you talk on one of your podcasts that when you're out in a pub and there's a scenario like, no, I don't want to have a Diet Coke.
I wouldn't drink a two litre Diet Coke at home.
