President Trump says he's reviewing his administration's actions in Minneapolis where federal officers shot and killed a man on Saturday.

It was the second such incident this month.

In a phone interview with the Wall Street Journal, the president wouldn't say if the officer who shot Alex Pretty did the right thing, but he said the administration is reviewing everything and will then make a decision.

He also signaled, he says, a willingness to, in his words, eventually.

withdraw ICE officials from the city.

The protests continued in Minneapolis despite the winter storm and bitter cold.

That storm system is causing problems from the deep south to New England.

Here in Boston, we are preparing for the worst of it.

We are under a snow emergency, which means they want people to get off of the roads.

Fox's Brian Yenish says Boston and other parts of Massachusetts could get up to two feet of snow.
