It's too emotional for them.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's never have been a big deal, but you can, I can just feel the, they're not used to that type of language or that type of conversation.
Now, because I've been around the family for the last 31 years, they've kind of been forced to get used to it.
They're definitely better at it now, but, uh,
Are you this brooding poet living amongst them all?
Have you always been that way?
I'm not.
To be honest, it's funny because I remember when I started, and this is probably like eight or nine years ago, when I started posting the mental health stuff and the poetry,
That's all I was posting.
And I kind of realized quickly because I bump into people who might have seen it and they'd meet me and they'd be like, geez, you're way different than I thought you'd be.
And they all expected me to be this very like somber, serious person.
And I'm like, day to day, I'm not like I'm very lighthearted and silly and I like having fun and just whatever.
So I realized it was like, oh, I'm not actually being, not that I'm not being honest, but I'm not giving the full picture of myself online.
I'm just giving this one angle of it.
So then I kind of made a more of a conscious effort to be like, all right, we can put up poems, but we can also put up things we think are funny or silly stuff, things that aren't as so like heavy and about like at the time would have been a lot around like suicide and depression.
I was like, that's an important conversation to have.
But that's not the only thing you are.
And then it just gave this more balanced picture of who I am, which is.
