We do the narrative episodes, which cover a particular story from start to finish.

We do case notes episode, which are guest leads.

We do incident briefs, which are kind of shorter form content of stories.

Not smaller stories, but told in a more constricted time.

Obviously, we don't have the time to get into every story in the same kind of depth.

Or in some cases, if there's been guilty pleas or if they weren't particularly high profile cases, it can be hard to find the background.

But the one you were doing on, we can mention it briefly, when we pitched this in our editorial meeting last season, I think you visibly kind of sat up and looked uncomfortable by it.

You looked like you'd seen a ghost.

It's quite disturbing, actually.

In late June, Kelly's family met with the review team and presented with the findings.

Her mother, Julianne Lynch, says the review identified more than 20 deficiencies relating to investigative failures or recommendations.

That is Julianne's description of what the family were told.

The report itself has not been published and it won't be.
