It's amazing.
We've got great restaurants these days.
When I came up from Melbourne many, many years ago, over 30 years ago, and went to a restaurant, basically the food that came out, I thought, what have I done?
I've come from Melbourne to the Gold Coast and I don't even know how to cook a pizza.
Labrador is a growing suburb.
We saw some growth in Southport over the last couple of years, but Labrador now is starting to take off.
So we're seeing
some end-of-life homes.
People are knocking the house down, renovating, making their forever home.
The apartment prices are growing, as we've spoken about, but even house prices now, I mean, the entry level into Labrador now is about $750 for something that might be a fibro home on the $650 block.
Really good mixture at the moment.
It used to be a lot of Victorians in New South Wales.
We're seeing a lot of people from South Australia coming across now, the City of Churches.
So it's been a mixed bag, but I would say predominantly it would be 70% New South Wales and Victoria.
Mate, well, as a golfer, I make a very good real estate agent.
So I normally spoil a really good walk.
But yes, no, enjoy the golf.
Very hard to get out at the moment, being how busy real estate is.
And yes, my wife, Sandy, and I also own a sailboat where you'll see us sailing up and down the broad water every chance we do get.
