United were the best team, but they've lost the game.
I'm a bit old school so yeah but modern day football you can't tackle you know Ashley Young's had two this is two incidents like this and you've been sent off you know that's the way modern day football is yeah this one's late and it's a little bit of a hack you can see it's a yellow card the next one he's not helped by Scott McTominay a heavy touch and you can see United were drilled to stop Wolves' counter-attack and Ashley's just got to be a little bit he takes the ball but he comes through and takes the man the letter of the law it's a red card but he's very unfortunate
Probably.
It's very difficult to let somebody run past you, though.
You know, you've been drilled to stop a team counterattacking you and how dangerous roles are in a counterattack.
To do that, it's very difficult.
He'll feel he's won the ball.
It's just that excessive force that we talk about when you come through and take the man.
And that's the hard one to judge when you're a player because you think you've won the ball.
You can't control where your foot goes after it.
It's easy in hindsight to say just let him run past or don't try and tackle him and then he's in on goal and scores.
So I think that it's a very unfortunate incident.
But to be sent off for those two things in a game when that's the only two fouls or tackles you've done, that's a disappointing thing.
I think they both leave it for each other.
I think Chris Smalling's expecting David to get it.
David's expecting Chris Smalling to get it.
In the end, neither of them do, and the ball ends up in the back of the net.
The goal probably summed up United's night.
Messy.
Silly little mistakes have cost them massively, and it's something they're going to eradicate.
