And, uh, I think kind of on Thursday, it kind of, uh, kind of hit me and came together.
And, uh, yeah, um, you know, I'm really excited, uh, to be joining the Leafs and, uh, excited for what's to come.
Yeah, I grew up in Georgetown until I was about 12 years old and moved to Caledon.
And that's kind of where I've spent my summers every offseason.
And yeah, you know, that's kind of what my family has been.
And yeah, I haven't done too much downtown yet with all that.
But yeah, mostly outside of the city and excited to get down there and to meet everyone and get it all going.
I think it's, you know, the perseverance.
You know, you're not handed anything and, you know, you always have to work for whatever you're doing.
And I think that's, you know, kind of been my mindset.
That's kind of our whole family's mindset.
And it's instilled from my grandmother.
She says always day by day and, you know, it's all you can do.
And, you know, just make sure you're working hard, doing the right things.
And that's kind of what I've, you know, based my whole career on.
And
And, yeah, if you're doing those things, you know, good things will happen.
And, you know, I was fortunate to get an opportunity last year to play in the first power play and play a lot of minutes.
And, you know, just thankful for that opportunity.
Uh, no, not a lot of convincing.
