Because they could have taken us over when we didn't have nuclear weapons, you know, and all that kind of stuff.

They've been around for a long time.

It's clear that they kind of have a

hands-off, arms-distance policy.

So I think that these are just human fears that are not really based on logic.

They're irrational.

They come from things that we've been taught that really aren't based in reality at all.

And again, I think the idea is that when we start understanding how the universe really works,

And we understand that these beings have learned how to traverse space and time in the way that they have.

There are so many resources out there that they have access to.

What we have on Earth pales by comparison.

It's almost nothing compared to what they have resource access to.

So it's like, what would they need from us?

Why would they need to take us over?

There are thousands of planets out there and all sorts of resources.

And certainly, they don't need to take over a planet where people are already living.

They can probably find one that has nobody on it and colonize it if they needed to.

But they're so far beyond us, as has been demonstrated by their crafts for so long.

that I think it's really just kind of egotistical to think that, in a sense, on that level, we're not that important to them.

You know, it'll be like saying, well, there's a gold mine over here, but we're going to focus on this one gold coin over here.
