And and and and there was an instant recognition.
That I'm not that not only was this field that the universe is just this field of meaningless thought.
with these waves in it that manifest that's just like how if you look at an ocean, it's just a whole bunch of water.
But there's you could differ differentiate waves.
And that's all all these different separate things are they're just waves in this field of thought that's really just nothing.
That's just f it's so efermal that it's not barely even there.
And um and when I saw that I recognized that this mind that I seem to be was also illusory.
And there was an instant.
Where I could have let go.
and everything could have disappeared.
But I was I was struck with a terror that you wouldn't believe.
And it was the terror of fear of losing existence.
And when that terror hit
Everything just collapsed and then I was suddenly sitting in the classroom again.
And that's really what it's about.
That fear of letting go.
My existence
which which is behind our experience of existing.
that fear, running from that fear and keeping our individual individuality uh intact, the effect of that is this fuel of nothing that seems so very important.
in which I seem identified with this individual self and in in in this individual body with a certain level of intelligence, a certain level of strength, a certain level of money, a certain level of fame.
