But but what happens is the pain starts to become so much that the course as as it says we start to look for a different way, we start to look for a better way.
We start to look for a solution beyond finding another million or making sure I get the the best grades or whatever it is that we that we want to do that's gonna make us happy, we start to realize it doesn't work.
Because we do it over and over and over again and then we still get upset.
Or I've been judging this person for the last ten years and I'm still I'm still upset and judging about the same things.
I need to do something different.
So that's that's eventually what makes us want to look outside of this matrix of judgment and judgment and judgment is that it's just it just hurts and it's a pain that never really goes away.
You know, and again we bury it for a little while, but it then it keeps coming back up.
