We we usually only register the the most upsetting ones, the ones that really ruffle our feathers.
But if we really pay attention to ourselves, we have a constant
rant of judgments going on in our mind over and over and over and over and over.
Things we don't even might might not even consciously recognize as judgment.
Uh what happens is and this is one of the analogies that that Kit and Wathik uh uh gave, it's like our minds our individual minds is like a tablecloth, a very, very dirty tablecloth.
And it's like
uh uh uh the the the dirt on the tablecloth is like guilt.
And if you imagine like a a a family reunion, you know, you could imagine what a tablecloth would look like at the end of a family reunion.
You know, there's breadcrumbs and and and barbecue sauce and there's little children's handprints everywhere.
And uh at the end of the day, when you go to clear off the table and you waste something else on the table, doesn't that doesn't upset you so much because
The tablecloth is already dirty.
So we don't really realize how much guilt is in our unconscious mind.
So a lot of our judgments we don't even register because our tablecloth is so dirty.
It has to be something that's really sh
strong the rough of our feathers, you know what I'm saying?
But as we start to clean that that that actually let me just go to the total opposite end.
Let's say you're you're about to have your wedding.
The recession didn't start yet.
You wanted to be perfect.
