I get what I want, now I'm happy, is really pain in disguise.

And we know this because what happens when the thing goes away.

Or when the new or when

Doesn't matter if it's good or bad, it's all a part of that same thought, which is why the pain never goes away.

everything you see reflects it.

So we don't have to try to get in touch with that one thought.

All we have to do is recognize everything I see because it's a reflection of that one thought, all I have to do is forgive this.

And when we forgive every single thing, big or small, because everything is re a reflection of that one thought, when we forgive everything, we have forgiven that one thought.

So that's how you do it.

You are a thought.

In the mind.

Of that mind that's having a point.

That's right.
