So when I when I read this verse, that's when that's why it has such power to me, because I've I've expressed that myself.
Everything is really a projection of that one thought.
It's not a a philosophy, it's not just an idea that you believe.
It's it's giving a physics, scientific explanation of what's going on.
Yeah.
You know, and what and what happens is we s when we start to uh practice it more and more, we start to have these experiences more and more.
But just even just the the experience of peace, like you're saying, is very freeing.
You know, I remember the first time I had that experience where I remember exactly what it was, but I just remember so clearly.
having an experience where something used to upset me and it just didn't upset me anymore.
I just can't
describe how good that felt just to not be upset.
I don't remember what it was.
But just I remember the thing used to regularly upset me.
And just one time it happened,
And it just didn't upset me.
I would just feel like Yeah.
Yeah.
But it's because I was practicing forgiveness on that thing over and over and over.
And again, you know, it takes studying the thought system so you can understand the points to apply.
And when it and when you finally experience it, it's just, it's just wow.
