So you know the people who who think that their lives are going really well, like you see all the the people that are rich and famous and all this stuff.
If they really believe they're happy, they're falling into a trap.
All all that ends up being is a very effective way to bury the pain that's always there all the time.
So actually when something makes us upset it's really a gift.
if we know how to deal with it because again that pain is always there, is always in the unconscious.
A way to under a a good example of that is the fact is there's people robbing Williams.
I mean, you'd think he'll be the happiest guy in the world.
I mean, basically his living was making people laugh.
But obviously he was very upset.
You know, I you know, and and and I look into that.
Like if you look into famous people and rich people, a lot of the times they're just as upset as everybody else.
And they have everything that that uh uh uh people would think
would make everybody like the happiest and would never be uh happy at all or upset at all.
I mean the example is the Buddha.
Apparently he was a prince that was rich, but he gave all his riches away.
It wasn't making him happy.
So you can say that that that uh um Mo
and our upset is just a wait period where we successfully pushed our guilt down, which is basically just a a trick that allows us to think everything is okay.
But until we forgive, it's it's just festering to come back up again, you know?
Which is why again we can judge things that are absolutely
