So the identity of who you are is...
as just an athlete.
But you're always questioning yourself and, well, me personally, I did.
Well, who am I?
You know, what's the purpose of this?
Because I can do all these great things and have this ability to...
excel at such a high level and perform and people cheer and people boo and you go through all these you know different levels of things and you're still trying to figure out who are you uh and what's what's the reason for life um you reach that point when you get older and realize at some point that
Sports is going to be over one day.
The uniform is going to be off one day.
Now you truly have to find out who you are.
You have to identify yourself.
I'm not what I used to do.
I am who I am today.
And I've identified myself at a whole different place of, you know, being set free and being rescued, redeemed and restored and being able to share the
true meaning of life to people that you can go through things but it doesn't mean your life is over um you still have the ability to allow your life to be changed to go back and really be able to encourage and help the multitude of people because when we live in the culture we live in there's a lot of brokenness out there and people are searching for
So many things to try to make them well.
If I had just a little bit more of this, a little bit more of that, no.
If you truly find Christ in your life and find peace in your life, then you will become the person that you always wanted to be.
That's what I sit here and feel about myself today.
It's not that I try to throw my faith on anybody.
