Fox's Trey Yingst reports from Tel Aviv, where there is new Iranian missile damage, that a U.S.-Iran meeting may be set up this week in Pakistan as the fighting continues.
And Mullen will be sworn in today, but his department remains mostly unfunded for more than a month, leading to longer and longer airport security lines as more unpaid TSA agents skip work.
And Fox's Mike Emanuel reports from the White House there is a funding compromise being discussed as Democrats keep demanding immigration enforcement reforms.
