Brent crude is back up to 99, despite that big release of oil from reserves around the world.
At the gas pump, another two-cent rise today, putting AAA's national average for regular at $3.59 per gallon, 61 cents higher than when the conflict started.
Diesel is even pricier, now at $4.86 a gallon.
