Number one, you wake up and you feel like you didn't sleep. Your sleep quality goes down. Number two, your hormones start not working right. Your cycle is less regular. You have more symptoms. I don't normally get that. And then number three is hair thinning. And with guys, it hits us a couple of weeks later if we're over fasting. Number one, we don't sleep as well.
Number one, you wake up and you feel like you didn't sleep. Your sleep quality goes down. Number two, your hormones start not working right. Your cycle is less regular. You have more symptoms.
