So your job as an entrepreneur is to ruthlessly eliminate type three people from your organization.
These are the people who lie.
These are the people who undermine you when you're not looking.
They're the ones who organize coups.
And if you allow a category three to stick around for more than about 90 days, what will happen is they will infiltrate some people in your organization, share their mindset, tell little white lies, but they're not white, to separate your team from you.
Mm-hmm.
and create chaos in the org.
And when you fire them, you'll lose two people who are good people as well.
So they're like a cancer in the org.
And if you let them go long enough the way I did, you might even lose your company.
They're relatively hard to spot, but you spot them in the job interview in my set of seven or eight companies right now.
Uh we have a goal, sixty days.
If we hire one, we'll well you know in sixty days, we just fire 'em right then.
And I tell people that during the interview and we do exhaustive profiling on people uh before uh before we hire them.

And the other one is from a woman named Busy Gold.
And she does psychology level questions that I couldn't ask in a job interview.
