You know, Mike Saylor pioneered that when MicroStrategy went public.
No, Larry and Sergey did in Google.
Well, Saylor was way before Larry and Sergey, though.
Are those sort of dumb?
What is super voting?
Actually, Mike Saylor copied it from Sumner Redstone.
I think Saylor went public in 91 or 92 with Super Voting Stock.
And Goldman Sachs said, that's insane.
No one will ever buy into that.
We're out of the deal.
And he said, you know what?
I'll live without you.
And so now Saylor still has control of MicroStrategy all these years later.
