for removal, removal meaning obviously you get cleaned out in post-production.

Then you've got another puppeteer on back leg, another puppeteer on the other back leg, usually a puppeteer on gross body movement, so the weight of the body, often a puppeteer on the head, so that's six people, and then you have somebody on a transmitter running the face.

There was a time when people were telling us that our jobs were dead and it was going to be digital and that every character was going to be digital.

And obviously there's incredible benefits and some amazing projects that have been sourced with digital characters.

But there's a massive swing back to practical effects.

yeah maybe but it's also a fusion like those guys and girls working with us and you know we like everyone working together to achieve the illusion um but things like 3d printing and stuff is um you know it's an absolute revolution in the fabrication of these characters

I'm really proud of the work we did with BB-8.

That's a team.

So that's three or four of us.

And so I just like the fact that as a Star Wars geek, I watched it and went, that's very canon.

It feels like an old Star Wars character.

It feels like it's been around for ages.

I love doing live kids' television, so I love doing OTCR, but back in the day, I still do live kids' television, so I do a show called Saturday Mashup, which is a Saturday morning kids' TV show, and there's a little monster that's shaped like a chicken nugget with massive Mr. Tickle arms, and he talks like that.

So yeah, all those voices, I guess, I can't answer the question, I like them all.

They've all got different reasons why I love them, you know, they're fun, they're all fun.

Colourful, wild, funny, zany, no rules, anarchy, anything goes.

That's what all those words, as a kid, they hit me.

I think it was just like an explosion.

That's why I'm worried.
