I hate the targeting rule.
Like, I think Lucy's right.
It's a 15-yard penalty, and 15 yards is a very punitive penalty.
And then we're throwing him out not just for the rest of that game, but also the first half of the next game.
I mean, there's no way that you could say that he did it on purpose.
Maybe you think so.
There's no way to know.
And so you get the penalty, and you essentially get a suspension.
I hate it.
It doesn't seem fair.
