So what's becoming crystal clear is that houses being built today throughout much of remote Australia will be uninhabitable within their 30-year lifespan.
So that's certainly the next big challenge.
You know, we need to get serious about making houses cooler in summer and also warmer in winter.
Sadly, yeah.
Look, I think you need to work with both.
You need to work with passive improvements, but passive improvements alone are absolutely not going to be enough.
We are absolutely going to need to air condition housing.
And along with that comes the energy security to power those systems.
