You have got a monster schedule coming home.
Big time.
Or in this five-game stretch.
Big time.
Four-game stretch now.
And I remember breaking into the league, Hayes, and I was kind of pissed off after a game in Calgary, and
My buddy Robert Krohn pulled me aside, and he's like, look, man, we're in game 10 or whatever we were.
The biggest thing in pro sports, the point of my comments, are staying even keel.
And it's almost like coming down the stretch in the second half, whatever team can kind of just stay level and not have those blowouts, those waster games where they're just a non-factor, are the ones that are going to be alive at the end of this.
The teams that more often than not show up and they have those no-shows, no points, it's like they're going to be in tough coming down the stretch because you're getting nothing out of games in a division where it seems like everyone else is winning every night.
So if you can kind of keep it even and give yourself a chance to pick up some kind of points on a nightly basis and not be up and down and inconsistent, inconsistency will crush you in trying to make this playoff race out of the Atlantic.
That is for sure.
Look at the benches.
I don't know what it is.
That seems just so stupid to other people that are watching.
And I don't know if you can love Sergei Bobrovsky any more than those guys already do after giving them two Stanley Cups.
But they were just gushing over that after the game.
Like, that's just our guy.
He's the best goalie in the world, and he does that.
I don't know why.
