I mean, I remember Guardian did a really good podcast series called Black Box a few years ago.

And they're talking about Jeffrey Hinton, I think is his name, the godfather of AI, who resigned years ago from Google, I believe, and kind of sounded a very ominous warning sign.

And Roe was right in in terms of kind of the things that are being listed, because like it's funny that Terminator two is back in the cinemas at the moment, which obviously was about the the the death of us all through machines.

It's not going to be exoskeleton, cool looking robots with laser guns.

It is going to be the kind of things that you've mentioned there, the idea of like biological warfare, the idea of an AI becoming so advanced that it goes humans aren't important anymore and I've you know, they've gotten us this far and we can go.

And for this all to be happening, you've never felt more helpless because it is the likes of, you know, like your musks, your teels, your whatever people who have im immense wealth.

We have to beat them in this latest race.

And it's funny 'cause I think the key word there was belatedly.

We're so late to all of this.

We're too late to all of this.

I I've no faith in us turning this around, much like climate change and climate emergency.

All these things of like, well, if we change this thing now we can fix it.

I I really, really I hate sound so pessimistic and nihilistic.

Yeah, have we all become doomsters or I don't know if it's doomsters.

I I think it's more like we are selfish.

We are petty.

We are like w we we don't learn and we seem to be in a weird

race to to destroy ourselves.

And it's like, here's a toy.

It's made of spikes coated in poison.
