And I think that's a time also to sort of just keep it in check a little bit.

is to be quick to look for what's great in others that are involved in the situation.
So a really good example I can think of that came to my strata was actually of a former guest we've had here was Kate Campbell, the Olympic swimmer who was disappointed in Tokyo with individual performances.
But in the interviews afterwards, just all she did was praise her opponents.
And she praised her teammates and that's all she did.
And so I think that in any situation that is about you, you're getting attention.
Praising the people around you is a really effective way of managing ego.
