And the conversation come up in the car, we have a dog, Vance, and they've already started asking questions around, can we get another pet?

Can we get chickens?

Can we get a rabbit?

Can we get a cat?

And I've been saying, hell no.

And then Penny one day said to them, well, one day when Vance dies, maybe we can think about getting a cat.

And in the car today, Patrick said, when are we getting a cat?

And Elsie said, well, hopefully soon, like hopefully Vance dies soon and then we can get a cat.

And I went, no, no, no, no, that would be bad if Vance dies.

And she goes, no, we get a cat.

I said, no, no, no.

Yeah, it is.

And I don't think she quite totally understands death yet.

Well, clearly doesn't.

Yeah.

And Patrick definitely doesn't.

And he said, and I said, Vance won't die from it.

And he goes, oh, what?

So we had a long conversation about what it means to die and how, and then they both became quite sad because I was really trying to label the point that Vance will be gone forever.

So they became quite sad.
