I was in disbelief.

And when I rang the other members of all our family, they were in disbelief too.

I think they were in shock.

What an amazing thing and it's unbelievable.

They are so grateful that they've received that letter and

it's quite moving actually to know that he's reached out to his mother and he was happy.

Yeah, that's unreal.
