The 32-year-old son of slain Hollywood film director and actor Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle has pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder in a Los Angeles courtroom.

Nick Reiner is accused of killing his parents at their home in L.A.

's Brentwood neighborhood in December.

He appeared in court yesterday behind security glass in an enclosed area.

Reiner has been held without bond since his parents were stabbed to death.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for late April.
