And so that's kind of the format of the meetings.
And then outside of that, we have a private dedicated Slack channel set up where as we grow our membership, that membership will be able to communicate with each other kind of in a private way through this iteration of Slack.
And it can be organized then by topic.
The channels allow you to kind of organize conversations based on what you want to talk about.
So we have channels.
Set up to talk about franchisee relationships and franchise development and consumer marketing and all of those kinds of things that are relevant talking points for growing franchise oars to talk about.
And then I've got myself in that group.
I've got the other six members of my original Zor forum are all on the Slack channel.
Some other people that were kind of joining that are not emerging franchise oars but are experienced people that want to kind of be in on the conversation.
And then as we kind of grow the membership.
And we get to who knows, 100, 200 members or something like that, there'll be a lot of opportunity for sharing information and learning from each other in an organized way on that Slack channel.
Yeah, I think we're comfortable with as few as four or five in a group and maybe up to ten as kind of a maximum.
We're trying to make sure that we don't have competing brands in the same group.
So you wouldn't have two painting companies, for example, you know, kind of sharing best practices and things of that nature.
So different industries across the groups and that type of thing.
The agreement that group members will sign includes a confidentiality clause.
And if you know much about the way that the YPO for
Forums and the EO forums where confidentiality is kind of one of the core tenets of the way they operate.
And so there's a very specific rule around the information that you learn and share in these groups and consider to be of the highest level of confidentiality.
Really, it's just not to be shared outside the group unless you're given permission to do so.
