In two thousand and eight.
I join them, uh, on the corporate side and
Uh we continue to grow the business using a a corporate model for
Roughly the next year or so
And then in two thousand nine we started looking into franchising
as the uh as a way to really scale the business for the long term.
Um so we hired uh i franchise group, Mark Siebert and his company.
uh in two thousand nine to help us put together, you know, all the all the pieces to begin offering franchises.
And we started offering them in two thousand ten.
Uh we opened our first franchise in Rudding, Pennsylvania in uh August of that year.
Um and then I guess we're now up to about fifty franchise owners, I think.
We have about sixty locations now open, close to that.
And Keith and Luke, interestingly, both um have left the corporate side of the business.
Um and have actually since come back and bought franchises.
So now they're both franchise owners in our system.
Yeah, so that's a great point.
The industry was then and and still, with the exception of one on one mobility, remains pretty fragmented.
There are
several thousand companies that do what we do in the US in the space
Um and for the most part they're are really uh a collection of um small mom and pop operators.
