It's just the fact of how they spent money that they've left things so late.
I don't think people are bothered about you know, no one's picking up a fuss because they're willing to spend 120 million pounds on a winger from last season's Champions League winners.
I think what they're bothered about is just why you're leaving everything so late and glaring omissions to the the transfer policy.
