So there's an entry point there of $4 or $5 billion at least.
And that's before you even start to think about the arena you need to construct and the fan base you need to build from scratch.
So everything is expensive.
And I think that at some point they'll have to start to divest.
And I don't think they'll do it in the Red Sox because I do think that is an emotional thing.
