My dad told me when I was 18 years old to stop playing baseball, go get a regular job. You're not good enough, you'll never make it. Now, when that comes from your dad as a kid, that hits hard.

And I think that's the key to kids. Everyone specializes in one sport now. And I think they could become better athletes if they played multiple sports.
