I think that was effective.
She did a lot of stuff that was effective, but she also, she was in Dorfheim Pritzker, who's in the ad, you're pointing out,
Illinois Democrats like their governor, who fought the administration over ice in the city of Chicago, right?
She, on the trail, would say, one, she does not support Schumer for leader.
She wants a new leader in the Senate if she gets there, which Democrats think she will.
And two, that...
Getting there, Democrats can't just send strongly worded letters to Trump.
And she was talking about, in so many words, about fighting.
And so she supports a $25 minimum wage.
She has a bunch of progressive ideas, supports Medicare for all.
She has progressive views, but she really emphasized this party in D.C.
has been very wimpy and I'm not.
That was the message that was successful.
Very good.
So this is not a state that Republicans have talked about targeting.
They've not really seriously competed in Illinois since 2010.
And the state has – the hires did a little bit worse than Biden, but Republicans have just – their vote did not increase that much from 2020 to 2024.
And their turnout – Illinois is one of those states you show up and you choose what party ballot you want.
It doesn't have party registration.
But the Democratic turnout was huge, and Republican turnout was a fraction of that.
