I think the same principle applies here, and I think we quote that.
I can skip to the end.
I expect the court to – no, really, I can expect the court to reject the Trump challenge almost entirely.
I've been trying to figure out with immigration attorneys just how you would even narrowly draw this so that there'd be some reform to birthright citizenship.
But I think – I expect the White House to do this.
I expect at the same time the court to –
drop out Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act.
And this is something that, not to be too cynical, but this is something that Chief Justice Roberts has done before, where the court is going to move in a pretty right-wing direction, and at the same time, it makes them not move as far as it could in a right, or let's say a MAGA direction,
and just balance at least the coverage, balance the impression of the court, balance the idea that the Supreme Court is a fair institution.
And I'm not saying it is.
I'm just saying politically, this has happened around the ACA.
This has happened several times where there is a decision that goes against Republicans that would have been a very heavy carry.
Remember the multiple three attempts that went to the court to overturn the Affordable Care Act, while at the same time going much further than people might imagine, let's say overturning Roe, overturning campaign finance laws, et cetera.
That's what I expect.
You didn't hear, even from people more conservative than Roberts, you didn't hear a lot of enthusiasm for saying, actually, the framers of the 14th Amendment did not mean for this to include the children of immigrants.

Put aside the statute.
Do you think they're birthright citizens?
No, I think the clear understanding that everybody agrees in the congressional debates is that the children of tribal Indians are not birthright citizens.
