He even said, we don't have any facts, but we have opinions and we're going to be airing them.
And he did.
Psychologically superior?
Yeah, it sounds like that to me.
You know, the other thing is just a moment after that press conference, I think, or a few minutes later, he said when someone asked him the question again, he said he was just common sense that DEI was to blame for this.
I want to know whose common sense and what kind of common sense that is.

I mean, I was thinking of Jesse Helms when I was watching that.
It sounds like the famous Jesse Helms white hands ad.
It's exactly the same sort of rhetoric we heard back then.
That was in the 90s.
We heard him doing that in the 80s.
And here we have this at the White House podium in 2025.
And I think that's exactly what Trump is doing when he talks about common sense too.
Common sense is a code for – it's a penal to emotions.
I don't have facts behind this, but it's how I feel.
I still think it does matter.
And I think when people were exposed to this during the first Trump administration, it turned them off.
They did run on this, but they also ran on other things.
