And then, lastly, I think it can be as simple as having an opportunity to speak with your boss and ask questions.

That is a tedious subject anytime you bring up money at work and you don't want to find yourself in a negotiation, but I think there are some ways if an individual is careful that they can bring that subject up.
JR, I think that's right.
I think you just want to be cognizant of the fact that you may turn that into a performance review.
And so that's why I say the attitude and the work during the year really rolls up to an effective conversation.
Well, I think the plans really look a lot like what they have looked in the past.
There continues to be some economic uncertainty, and I'll really be surprised or really be interested to see how this plays out through the rest of the year.
But for certain industries, I think there could be some question marks.
We work in the oil and gas, traditional retail, and healthcare businesses, and those are three industries that really have a lot of uncertainty around them.
So it will be interesting to see what we find next year in the survey.
JR, that's right.
We've actually seen the hiring process lengthen from six weeks to eight weeks.
You know, from a percentage standpoint, that's a broad amount.
We really believe that, and we've seen evidence in our survey, that hiring authorities are now taking their dollars and putting them towards retaining employees or potentially attracting employees.
Because the labor market, especially for the skilled positions that accounting principals works in, are really at all-time lows.
Talent in these areas are very scarce.
And so the process is lengthened, and I think more than ever, employers are looking at how they can take their dollars and use it in the most effective way possible.
