And especially when I was there, you know, they described the process and it's pretty much like they, what hit me was when they're like, these are the questions you're supposed to ask your partner before you get married.
Cause there's millions of people that get married and then find out these questions and answers later.
So it just made me more interested in the experience.

It felt like, you know, as more as I was going through all the exercises that they were helping us go through every day and, you know, I was just like, wow, you know, opening up more about myself because I used to always search for peace in Casey and other people and never found it in myself.
So going through all those exercises, you know, being with Monica, opening it up, just talking back and forth, I was able to wake up that emotional muscle in me.
And it just, you know, was like, wow, damn, I should have done this a long time ago.
You know, I was like, just ignored that.
It was kind of a cold feeling, numb to it.
And then it just walked back up.
And I was like, wow.
And I would say the big part on my side would be like, we can argue, man.
I would not care about if her feelings were, you know, her, I would just worry about mine and move on cold.
Right.
So I was able to actually understand her feelings and be like, okay, wait a minute.
You know, her feelings do matter.
And I need to prioritize, I need to prioritize her feelings so I can, you know, be a better person for her.
