And this was another one of those moments.

So I go to the meeting Thursday night.

I hear the stories Friday.

And Ed, for me, it was like, I need to be a part of this organization.

That just anchored me in the mission of the organization.

It so motivated me.

And I was so grateful because usually it was kind of C-suite level people who are attending this.

But he let me go as a department director.

And I've never forgotten his gift to let me do that.

Totally changed the way I thought about the company I wanted to be a part of and where I wanted to spend my career.

Yeah, that just shows you the power of a great leader in both of your examples.

My wife went to the near Hughley.

I'm spacing out now the name of the university, but the Advent University down there.

Yeah.

And she went to that school and then she went to Hughley as her first job.

Same time.

And then when I was an executive at Texas Health, we formed a joint venture with you and Hughley.
